Title: Strawberry Frosted Dessert/salad

Yield: 6 Servings

1	pt	(2c) Fresh or frozen strawberries
1	tb	Powdered sugar
1/2	pk	Miniature marshmallows
1	pk	(3oz) Cream cheese
1/4	c	Mayonaisse
2	c	Dream Whip or 1(8oz)
		Container of Cool Whip

Cream the cream cheese, and powdered sugar together. Add the mayonaisse. Mix well. Add strawberries and mix gently until well stirred. Add the 1/2 package of miniature marshmallows. Mix, and allow to stand for a while until marshmallows soak up most of the liquid in the mixture. Then fold in the already whipped, according to package directions, Dream Whip. Or just fold in the Cool Whip if that is what you are using. When folded in, mixture should be light pink throughout with bits of marshmallows, and strawberries. Pour into 8 x 8 inch square pan. Place in freezer until frozen. To serve: Cut into squares, and place on plates. It can be eaten frozen or partially thawed, whichever you prefer.
